Seeds

DLA Agro coordinates distribution of varieties from the plant breeding company Nordic Seed A/S, which is subsidiary to Danish Agro and Vestjyllands Andel.

Nordic Seed is specialized within plant breeding, variety representation and sales of seeds. The company, that was established in 2008, breeds wheat on Lolland, barley near Odder and has a testing station at Skive. In addition, the laboratory facilities are located near Odder. Variety tests take place in Denmark, the Baltic countries, Sweden and Finland.

Nordic Seeds varieties are sold in a number of European countries through DLA Agro members and different business partners.

Fertilizer

The fertilizers products which are distributed and sold by the DLA Agro members are purchased from suppliers such as Yara and other producers. 

Through a close contact to suppliers in many different countries DLA Agro members are ensured fertilizer products in the right quality and competitive prizes.

Crop Protection

The members of DLA Agro benefit from purchased plant protection products from several international suppliers.
